Access 2010 Package Wizard and EULA

I am preparing a delivery and am including the A2010 Runtime package
along with our application's setup program. I included our EULA in
the Package wizard. When I test the install CD, after our software is
loaded, then the Runtime version of Access is loaded. Afterwards, I
see only the Microsoft EULA that accompanies runtime, I don't see
ours. How can I ensure our users will accept our EULA?

Why not put your Eula into your application? It would be the opening
form, at least the first time it is opened and the Eula is accepted.
