A client loaded Access 2007. When they tried to open a database I sent, a message appeared: Run-Time error '53'. Cannot find LTKRN14N.

Is the problem with the install of Access or with the database?

Google reveals it to be a dll that seems to be provided by LEAD Technologies
and has something to do with imaging. Are you using a custom control that
uses this dll in your database? If so, you will need to supply it to your
client.

Do you think you use LTKRN14N.Dll? If not
Does the library show up in your references? If so, try removing the tick
against it and recompiling the program. If it doesn't compile, it will stop
and show the statement where the reference is required. If it does compile,
you almost certainly don't need LTKRN14N

Thanks for trying, guys. We uninstalled then reinstalled Access. The problem disappeared.
