Hi Everyone,

I am planning a small app (they always seem to start that way) that
would need to make use of an Excel workbook and the macros in it. Does
anyone know how I can work with this? The spreadsheet itself is a
horror (written by what I can only assume is a drug affected delerious
monkey). Unfortunately I have no choice but to work with it. That
doesnt mean I cant find a way to solve the problem better.

So, anyone know how I can start working with this workbook using only
VBA from Access (2007 / 2010)?

Thanks in advance

I did a search on "running excel macros from access" and got a number of
hits, including

Douglas Thankyou. I searched this newsgroup from my archive of
threads but found nothing useful. All our servers are down at work so
I am trying to do this from what I have. FWIW the outages are the
motivator for the project.

Lots of bits to tie together for this one, including SalesForce. Need
to streamline the mess and be able to function offline as well as on.

Much appreciated Douglas, Thankyou. Now to find an internet cafe and
visit Dr Google...
