Compare and synchronize the schema in one DB to Another DB

I have database A (production DB) which has had some schema changes and is now called database B (test environment). I would like to update database A to reflect the changes made in database B.

I know there are database tools to do this. Is anyone using these tools and would you recommend them?

I haven't used their stuff in years but it used to be good, I have no reason
to think that it isn't still good. There may be a free trial I'm not sure.
