[Info-Ingres] What version of Ingres runs on Windows server 2008 R2?

Hi All,

 

From what I can see the R2 version of server 2008 is a 64-bit OS.

 

But in ESD  the only Ingres I can see for Windows is for windows-32.

 

Am I looking in the right place?

2x Xeon X5560 @ 2.80GHz Quad core

2 x 500Gb Sata Hard drives in RAID 1

 

On board Matrox G200 equivalent graphics (no 3d capabilities)

Gigabyte NICs (x2)

DVD drive

Hi Marty,

The release notes for the Ingres II 9.2.0 (int.w32) state:

2.0 Operating System Support

The following operating systems are supported (as of the publishing of this document):

Microsoft Windows 2000

Microsoft Windows XP Professional

Microsoft Windows Server 2003

Microsoft Windows Vista

Microsoft Windows 2008

Both 32 and 64-bit versions of the operating systems listed above are supported.
