[Info-Ingres] Problem with info-ingres hopefully resolved

Gang,

There have been some problems with info-ingres the last few days. Turns
out my "upstream" provider expanded their cluster and I had improperly
specified an ACL.

Hopefully, this is resolved.

Please let me know personally if you see any more issues.
