This has GOT to be a dumb attempt at advertising.

How dumb to these advertising types think we are? As thick as THEY ARE??????

What am I advertising?
I am in South Africa - I have nothing to do with Clarion or
kbaseonline.com.
This a poll I came across on the Internet, I notified the Clarion
Newsgroups and the Clarion people began voting.
When Clarion reached 40% I though, no, this is not how it is done, let
me at least let the other newsgroups know about this poll and give
them a chance to vote.
It is not that hard to understand and I am in awe that you could have
made these way of the mark deductions.
Take your time, look at the facts, and be a man and admit you have
made a BIG fool of yourself.
Greetings

Anyone who promotes Clarion is not entitled to make any defence of his actions.

Anyway, he's posting from South Africa's Silicon Valley (not!), so he clearly
knows what he's on about....

Emmm, oh OK, then the set of links prefixed with

>If you want to know more about Clarion

is totally innocent then? OK.
But why the h*** would 200,000 people want to know about clarion? Surely if
you seek, you will find.

I post in your News Group informing you about a poll and I mention
Clarion and MANY people may ask "What is Clarion?"
Why should they wonder?
They can go to those web sites or they don't go - the choice is
simple!
At least NOW they have a choice which they did not have before.
I was merely passing on information.
In my country we advertise things to generate sales to make money. I
do not work for Clarion (SoftVelocity) and I do not sell Clarion, I
only use it.
What is your definition of advertising and information?
If you want to misunderstand me and my intentions then you will. The
choice is yours.
Greetings

Well, Johan, You may indeed be innocent. That makes you the first person in
hundreds that has made breathless posts urging us to look at product X or
service Y.

My apologies. You sure sounded like an advertiser, but I'll take your word
for it.

programming language related and not about "How you can enlarge your
penis by 6 inches" etc <g>
Have a glorious day!

But if you go to other NG's you may find his posting.
I forgot, it was either Arno Prick or Dick King.

I swear - the elephant's is alive! They can practically pick out the red
smarties from with all their appendages. Bizarre.

Phew! Glad you said that...here I was visualizing an elephant chasing me
around with it's 'appendage'.
(I have red hair in case some of you are wondering...)
