New update to utils2_ak

Friends:  I have uploaded an update to the utils2_ak package.  The major changes include

• Support for Informix v12.10 features in myschema
  
• Bug fixes to myschema, ul.ec, and dbsavail.
• Support for v9.40 in myschema --infrastructure
• Fixed KB calculations in dbsavail
• Fixed problems compiling dbcopy and ul.ec on HPUX
• Dbcopy
• New -E option to limit errors and force early termination
• New -O option to override the restriction against copying a table over itself - Caviat emptor!
• Support for expanded fetch and put buffers when run against v11.70.xC5 and later.  -
  
• Note a bug in the CSDK libraries will cause a -1831 error to be returned from some copies that include LVARCHAR columns.  Until IBM fixes that (PMR entered) use the -s 'query' option to manually cast LVARCHARs to RTRIM(colname::CHAR(sz))::CHAR(sz) - double cast is required.
