Hi, We have noticed a big problem with continuous mode using butil -startbu / endbu. We have several installations with "Limit Segment size to 2GB" enabled. If continuous mode is active it will NOT create a new extension file if it is necessary and the database file is damaged and cannot be recovered.... more »

Hi, we tried to install PSQL 9.7 single seat in the XP-VM from Win 7 (pro). The installation runs without error. I need to query a pervasive 9.X DB and have the output to a txt or CSV file. I tried using the internal pvddl tool but it seems to just create/update ddf files in the database folder. segmented files btrieve API

Hi again we made a strange observation (PSQL 9.x and 10.x). We have a application written with delphi6 unsing btrieveAPI. If we open a btrieve-file, we send opcode 0, 15 and 13. This works fine for us, but only if the file we open is not segmented from PSQL. If it has segments, than the application crashes from time... more »

Problm after install PSQL 9.5 on Win2003Server

Hi, we tried to install PSQL 9.5 SP2 on a Win2003Server. We do that with *local* admin-rights. We use "complete install". The Install runs seemingly(!) without problem. After install the relation engine test fails. We looked to the PCC and there we see under engines our server (RZ-LIMS1), but under Databases there is nothing.... more »
