BWTS() under OpenMP C program available for review

I have adapted David Scott's Bwts.cpp and unBwts.cpp into a single function call in-line version.

Since I am just starting to learn about the Burrows-Wheeler transform and indeed the Scott Bijective version I think having more eyes-on to my adaptation is a good idea.

also let me say I am open to discussing Bwts() here in this thread.

I am interested in your opinions of what makes for a compressible string after a pass at bwts()

So a new version of Bwt() that needs review before general release and my curiosity about what is best about bwts().

I was just thinking about that function the other day. I still have not gotten to use it. It would be great if you look at it.

I just came up with another encoder project last night and that won't use BWTS_OMP either lol.
