Isn't that always the case.
What a bad shape the world is in now, how are you going to group it !?
Well, if you have nothing to say now, why even bother posting?
To me the only people who post this type of messages are scam-artists
or nut-jobs.
Your post tells us nothing! So why post?
To trigger responses. And it works beautifully ! It is quite amazing how,
in the face of ten years of continuous blabbing from scamming nut-jobs
(the two are not incompatible), regular users of this group still feel
the urge to respond and fall for it.

First the post says it (without stupidly giving things away like some
stupid pride heavy braggers do) it will release in about 6-8 weeks.
This is a new image compression and enhancement technology that
applies to documents, graphics, audio and video. Are you a little
happier now??
I also said more information would be given when available. In other
words not jumping the gun.
I also said part of it will be open-sourced. When we open-source we
will also pay you so called experts for collaborating with us on it.
When you say "if you have nothing to say why post", excuse me but re-
read the post. I think it said a few somethings. Sure I didn't give
you the red carpet to our source code. Sorry dude. If you want to
find out a little more detail before I am ready to post heavy detail
then why not try clicking on the "Reply to author"??
I'm not going to plug in here specifics until we hit that release
period. We DO have a black and white product available in about 3
weeks that you could play with for free but I wasn't planning on
posting that just yet. Oops! Out of the bag now Earl. I gave you a
little information now why not be nice about it and give me fair
responses.
Now the FIRST response was a humurous and fair response and they knew
from which they spoke and it relates to everyone.
Come on people I am trying to safely navigate a little pre-release
thread so you are wanting to know more about how you can take our
technology and make your own product better and make your own clients
happier. If that isn't possible then I'll just pull the plug and you
can be part of the "me-too" group that finds out a few months too late
for early adopter advantages. You decide. Think a little about the
user name I have given myself for a document imaging tool.

To be fair he says 100% grouped. This does not mean 100% compressed.
My method is different and revolutionary, does not compress 100% (I
believe this, truly, though I cannot provide full math myself as to
why) and it works also.
Give the man a chance, seems he is trying something new, and has not
made any claims worth deriding yet. Maybe he skimmed some time off an
existing type, or maybe he got a few percentage points somewhere else.
Feel free. Afterall, I'm already paying for the rice, the electricity,
the water, the land and everything on it, all these being your
proprietary invention/creation, with your name on it. If you plant a
386 processor on the ground will it become several 486's I wonder,
or is it worth the ground(silicon) it is made of.

Hi Jerry, are you the inventor?
It looks like that you are already 8 years busy with this inventing
and claims.
I notice release dates shift forward every years, you have still a
week to keep you promise this time.
Release the black/white version first and then later the color, audio
and streaming versions.

Belgium inventor Defosse Guillaume used also an image scaling math to
reach high compression ratio's and tools to sharpen images while
zooming in, but he put himself out of business by selling the same IP
rights to multiple investors and canceling demo's by important
clients.
Thank you for providing the humor for the week. From the above
website's feature set:
- Compression: Pac-n-Zoom Pre.Vu offers black and white compression
that is projected to be 10 to 100 times more than TIFF group 4. The
advantage is greater for larger documents.
- Image Restoration: The image is partially restored.
Many times have I wished for a compression solution that saved me
precious bytes while rendering my fax completely unintelligible.
Jerry didn't wrote it's lossless, but still it can be useful. I'm not
into OCR but it looks like what he made is a step further then only a-
z 0-9 character recognition. I think for document storage scans and
video it can be used as compression and also music files, he claim 10
times better:
"Audio: Audio files will be added in the second update of Pac-n-Zoom
Math. They will offer better fidelity and about 10 times (estimated)
more compression than current audio formats"
