Are you sure you didn't delete http://jaxonix.blogspot.com yourself or
you use the same password at different sites/locations so somebody else
can delete your account?
You are right, Google tracks every action and store it forever.
It shall not surprise me if that part of Google is connected to the
PROMIS system. Do you have a backdoor account ;-)

just a note, typically with these kind of sites, there is an "agreement" as
to what kinds of things can be posted, and not conforming to this can result
in a page being taken down.
likewise, if any of the information can be claimed to be in violation of the
dmca or similar laws (dunno, I guess in the us), then afaik the company is
obligated to take it down.
note, afaik: the dmca does not only cover actual copyrighted materials, but
to a lesser extent any information relating to the supposedly copyrighted
materials, and in particular, and in particular, information related to
tampering with the material or breaking copy protection for said materials
(or whatever, I don't know legal stuff...).
there are other things as well that can potentially require a site being
taken down.
of course, I don't know what you were posting or what the actual reason was.
I think the best is to ask Blogspot.com if they delete the content.

maybe there was something they didn't like, or maybe it is something else?
one can never be too sure exactly.
