I typed up a draft pdf on bias element absorbtion coding. email me for
copies as i have no perminant web space arranged at the moment.

Getting web space isnt very hard. You can get free space for files and
webpages at http://www.geocities.com

Its a Yahoo site, you can just login with your current yahoo
ID/Password and upload your files there, free. Your URL will be
www.geocities.com/<your-yahoo-Id>/filename

Before I moved to www.sachingarg.com, I had my homepage at
www.geocities.com/schngrg for a couple of years.

(There are many other such sites too which provide free webspace)

In my firefox, it said that the link to pdf is trying to open a popup.
I temporarily allowed popups and was able to get to the PDF. I havent
read it yet though. (It opens an ad but that can be ignored)

geocities needs ads to pop up. try http://jaxonix.dyndns.org if i am
online the server should be up. The aim is to extend this paper with
clarifications.
