Hello everyone,

I'm looking for the following papers:

Generating productions from BNF, Earley, 1964
Generation of parsing algorithms for Chomsky type 2 languages, Eickel, 1964
Ambiguities in BNF languages, Lynch, 1963

Unfortunately I had no luck googling for them. I'd be grateful if
somebody could send me any of these :)

Thanks in advance!

[The Lynch paper is a PhD thesis from the University of Wisconsin, copies
available (not for free) from umi.com. The other two I can find citations
but not where they were published. -John]

The Earley citation reference under the title "Generating productions
from BNF" by Knuth was for a preliminary report; the title appears to
have become "Generating a Recognizer for a BNF Grammar" in 1965. Only
the cover pages are available online; however, if CMU could be
persuaded to open Box 33 of the Allen Newell collection, you'll find
it there.
