how to test the cache optimization and avoid the fluctuations caused by cache

Hi,

I'm tuning the compiler on benchmark using data prefetching. But the time
that the test spends varies for each run. It's hard to say whether the
tuning if better or worse.

Is there any good way to avoid the fluctuations caused by cache?

If you use windows, start by turning off powermanagement.
