Job Title: Sharepoint Developer
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Duration: 6+ Months

 Should have familiarity with all phases of Systems Development
Life
Cycle (SDLC)
 Ability to meet timelines, milestones, and deliverables and
provide
timely (weekly) status updates.
 Communicate technical information verbally and in writing to
technical and non-technical users.
 Strong customer service skills and demonstrated the ability to
build
professional relationships.
 Ability of implementing process improvement and mentoring
offshore
resources.
 Carry out assigned tasks along with addressing the support
issues
reported by internal and external users, IT staff, and other
stakeholders
 Responsible to carry out regular maintenance tasks, minor
enhancements and documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
 Must have 5 - 7 years of overall IT experience in a software
development environment.
 Must have 5 years of experience in .Net and SharePoint.
 Must have core development knowledge of SharePoint 2007 /
2010, .NET
and Infopath
 Should have some knowledge of SP administration.
 Experience with ASP.Net, SQL DB, HTML & XML.
 SDLC & Documentation understanding.
 Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining
sound
and practical solutions.
 Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
are a
must.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability
to interact with all levels of management.
 Demonstrated experience leading and influencing a large
development
team.
 Results driven mind-set as well as a proven record of meeting
and
exceeding client expectations.

DESIRED SKILLS:
The following skills are not required, but considered a plus.
• Experience with Nintex
• Certification in SharePoint and/or .NET.
Educational Requirement: B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent
