I have a stdCell library that has on pin text and need to create
pins. I have a skill script that will add the pins but it fails to
complete because cells have "Fixed" font that overlap or at least
thats what it looks like. If I change the font to "Stick" then the
script runs. Fixing the text2pins script is an option but not sure... more »

I'm trying to figure out the MINIMUM files needed to open an OpenAccess design in Virtuoso.
Is this the minimum set of files?
1. symbol.oa --> schematic symbols
2. schematic.oa --> schematics
3. layout.oa --> layout
4. prop.xx --> cdf
5. techfile.tf --> is this needed --> tool properties?... more »

Skill routine to create symbol view from shcematic view

Hi Experts,
I need to create symbol view from a test circuit schematic, this test
circuit is further being used in a wrapper circut (testbench).
To instantiate this test circuit in wrapper I require sysmbol view of
test circuit. There is way to create symbol through UI. But to

Is there any 'sample and hold' block in Cadence libraries, which I can
use in ac-simulations. What I am looking for is a block which outputs
the fourier-transform of the signal when the signal goes through that
sample and hold circuit with clock frequency as the input parameter to
