I've done this too many times, and it never fails. I have some hatchs I like to use so I copy it the way it is on my main computer, and paste it in the support folder and it works fine. This time, weird things are happening. The same os, same acad 06, it showed up once, and now its not. The file is in place? I just want the hatches, any help?

Did you paste the data into the default .pat file, or did you place a net .pat file in the support directory? You might want to try pasting the data from the new pattern file into the default .pat file, its how I do it.
Make sure you are restarting AutoCAD after making changes to the support files.
In Tools, Options, there is a section called Files and under that Support File Search path. There you can see exactly where AutoCAD is expecting the .pat files to be.
