Xilinx S3A DSP Video Starter Kit, IP Cores not working

I tried to import the IP cores to a new project (through a global/local
repository or peripheral import), but the only core that is detected
correctly is the "GammaCore" which is kinda useless without the others. I
used EDK10 and 11 (both full patched) and also downloaded the ug456.zip
from the xilinx hp to get the latest release of the cores. Besides that,
the size of the other cores seem to be quite small compared to the
working GammaCore. I tried to import both versions of the IPs, the one on
the provided cd and the one from the xilinx hp.
