should account for the intrinsic information when splitting over a
numeric attribute.

Hi,
Am not sure if this question pertains to this group, but I could not
find any other relevant group for it.
Am trying to put a list of universities/colleges outside US that have
good courses in Machine Learning. If anyone can guide me in this, for

Since the number of your objects is relatively small, and you seem to
want to explore, here is a simple technique you might try first, and
the other mechanisms should beat it by reducing algorithm complexity,
creating 'better' clusters, or automatically finding out the
threshold, or all of the above.
