Dear members of the CP community,

The voting period of the ACP EC election 2010 is over. Thanks to all those
who have taken the time to vote for the new ACP EC members.

Bylaw 5 of the ACP Bylaws (see www.a4cp.org) dictates the election
procedure and rules. 2010 is a transition year. In this election, we
aimed to run an election for four new regular members to a four-year term.

I am happy to let you know the four newly elected members of the ACP EC.

(in alphabetical order)
- Yves Deville
- Thomas Schiex
- Helmut Simonis
- Roland Yap

Congratulations to all of them! We also thank all the candidates.

Details of the results will be posted on the revamped ACP website in
due course.

The new ACP Executive Committee will start operating in January 2011 and
consist of the following 7 members:

Yves Deville, John Hooker, Barry O'Sullivan, Thomas Schiex, Helmut
Simonis, Peter Stuckey, and Roland Yap.

May I also bring to your attention to an exciting technical programme and
the following events awaiting your participation at CP'10?
