Consciousness:One-Step at a time

Consciouness may be considered a process in itself. A process which
"transforms" standard input into "translated" input for storage in the
brain. This can only be done "one input source" at a time.

For instance, you can read and listen to the radio, but if you listen to
the words on the radio you will not be able to "translate" the words on
the paper into anything that made sense. Your focused on your reading so
your are "conscious" of the words and meanings. You are "aware" of the
music, but not focused on it.

This is different from repetitious learning, mnemonic learning, or
what I call "hooks".

"Hooks" are information packets that you have "set" in the input paths to
cause your "focus" to shift to. If you are engrossed in reading a book
or watching a movie and someone calls you name, you usually will focus on
the object (person or otherwise) that called you. This is a hook or filter.
