Dear Colleagues,
As you might know, the 19th International Conference on Neural
Information Processing (http://www.iconip2012.org) will be held in
Qatar in November 12-15, 2012. Qatar is the first Gulf country to host
this series of conferences. Qatar has made significant investments in
education, especially higher education. Qatar aims to become one of
the world's strongest knowledge societies. In addition, Qatar is a
major regional leisure and sports destination (Qatar is the host
nation of 2022 FIFA World Cup).
We are so fortunate and proud to have Shun-ichi Amari, Leon Chua,
Rebort Desimone, Stephen Grossberg, Michael Jordan as our keynote
speakers, and Majid Ahmadi, Guanrong Chen, Nikola Kasabov, Juergen
Kurths, Erkki Oja, Marios M. Polycarpou, Leszek Rutkowski, Ron Sun,
Jun Wang as our plenary speakers, Derong Liu, Deliang Wang, Xin Yao as
panelists of a Panel.
I cordially invite you to submit papers to ICONIP2012, and to be part
of this event. I am confident that ICONIP2012 will be a great
