Newsgroups/email lists related to ART?

Hi everyone,

Are there current websites, newsgroups or email lists that focus on
Adaptive Resonance Theory and ART-related networks such as ART1, ART2,
Fuzzy ART, ARTMAP, etc? I'm bit new to it all, but it seems that ART
related algorithms may be useful problems and issues I'm tackling in
robot development. It seems ART has been around for quite a while
(I've read many research papers from the 70's, 80's and 90's) and I'm
not sure if the world has move on to improved algorithms that better
solve the stability-plasticity dilemma. As I'm working right now more
or less alone, I would like to find a forum where I could bounce
questions off other people to test my understanding of the theory and
perhaps get feedback on efficient implementations of the algorithms
modern microcontrollers.
