top pixel row of characters in balloon truncated?

When displaying the name of a location in bold at the top of a ballon,
the top line of the font gets cut off. This is especially a problem
with Asian fonts. Go to the above link and click on location #5 in the
lower left panel (Aun/阿吽), you will see that the Kanji characters in
the balloon have the tops cut off. If you can't read the characters
due to not having the fonts installed, then I will be happy to send a
print screen, if you tell me how to do so.
