304 asset not modified issue?

Hey guys its not a big deal but after i installed rails 3 i had some issues with Started GET "/assets/icons/add.png" for 127.0.0.1 at 2012-02-03 20:01:31 -0800

Served asset /icons/add.png - 304 Not Modified (0ms)

I noticed the first time i ran the server the issue wasn't there , Is there a way to fix this?

Any thoughts?
