CE without auth_providers

Hi,
Running the Rails 3 branch, I have one thing that is tricky. If I run
with a blank application-config (like in the testapp) I still get the
login with facebook button on the login page.
Somewhere it seems like the configuratron.auth_providers.facebook is
set to something, I have not figured out where... This makes the
facebook icon show up in the login page.
So my question is: Is there a bug lurking here and/or what should I
set the auth_providers configuration to to not have any providers
showing up anywhere.
