[CommonJS] Introducing Akshell

Hi,

I'd like to introduce Akshell, a JS server-side development and
hosting environment. Today I've released version 0.2 with support for
CommonJS Modules 1.1.1, binary interface inspired by Binary/F, and
file stream interface based on I/O proposal A.

I hope you will find this useful for prototyping CommonJS modules and
maybe even hosting your apps. Links below:
