Hi Everyone,
This Friday is Bike to Work Day! We'll be running a commuter station from 7a.m. - 9a.m.  at Hanover Park (across from Blimpy's at Packard and Division) and then going to the Farmer's Market for Bike Bash from 5:30p.m.-8p.m. I know 7a.m. is early, but to reward your dedication, and the dedication of fellow commuters Roos Roast  will be providing free coffee and espresso, UM PTS will be providing fruit, Washtenaw dairy doughnuts, and first-aid kids, and pot and box will bring a beautiful carnation bike for photos.  getDowntown is running a competition to see who can run the best commuter station - the more enthusiastic volunteers we have there, the better! In the evening, we'll be running the  "Bike Bling" table at Bike Bash, where visitors can paint their own bike bells, color their own spoke cards and take more pictures with the carnation bike.

In the morning we'll need volunteers to set up, take down, help folks give their bike a quick tune-up, hand out food and take pictures. In the evening, we'll need people to help out with crafts, take more photos and talk about Common Cycle.

If you can volunteer, please sign up here: http://www.doodle.com/bqw4453cu69ns74m
