Help Regarding commcare module

Dear All,

Greetings of the Day from IIHMR, Jaipur India!

Under IIHMR MCTS Mobile Application, we have 10 ANMs selected for
pilot study. The phones used are Nokia Java phones with QWERTY key pads.

So I request the group members to help me out in the following problems ...

1. How can I change the data elements which is displayed in the search module?
(Suppose I want to sort the list of beneficiaries by Village or by mother name or by last date of visit)

2. Please provide me solution for the mobile phones, as they are slow in functioning and sometimes switches off while working for a longer time.
