The paper guidelines
are the same for all participation formats. Papers covering various
research - theoretical, experimental, case studies, reviews,etc. are
all welcome, while no more than 2 papers by the same author are
accepted.

Please submit your stuff via e-mail in separate files - application and
paper as .doc or .rtf, photo as .jpeg or .gif, as standard .zip or .rar
archive if necessary. Please be careful to ensure your paper be of
thematic relevance, spellchecked, and keeping the guidelines. Avoid
technical jargon and abbreviations. Please no viruses.

compositional requirements:
consequently: UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) index;
the paper title;
the author first and last name;
affiliation, city, and country;
abstract 100-150 words;
key words (up to 10);
introduction (brief summary of relevant literature);
main text: references in brackets, avoid footnotes;
conclusions (1, 2, 3…);
references in the order they appears in the text, following the
procedure of Belarus Supreme Attestation Committee, active November 24,
1997;
summary 100-150 words.  technical requirements:
word processor Microsoft Word for Windows;
format А4 (210 х 297 mm), US letter acceptable, too;
margins 1 in. (2.54 cm) around;
style throughout the text - "Common" only;
font Times New Roman, size 14 pts;
paragraph indentation 1 in. (2.54 cm); single interval;
title, author first and last name, affiliation, city and country -
aligned center, all other - borders;
volume 3-8 pages (not numbered) including all tables, schemes, figures
(no photos are accepted), references.
To the rational extent, we encourage the authors to employ bold,
italic, underlined, and hyperlinks (the conference proceedings are
expected to be published on the Internet).
The conference peer review committee of scholars resident in Belarus,
Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and USA will review the
submitted papers. The international review committee reserves the right
to edit, to distribute on sessions, and to decline papers in bad
standing of the guidelines, scientific level, and/or problematic of the
conference.
