Gui Designer only works as Maximise or close

anyone know why my Gui Designer on XP only has MAXIMISE or nothing?
restore basically closes Gui designer to the taskbar. .. same as
minimise. I've got a dual-monitor setup and i want to move to use the
2nd display but i can't do it unless i have the restore function
working for Gui Designer.

Try searching for CommandFusion in your user app data folder and
deleting any folders found.
This will remove any settings stored for the app. I have seen
instances where guiDesigner confuses itself where it was opened when
multi-monitor solutions are used and the PC configuration is changed
(unplugging a second monitor for example).
Deleting these settings will force guiDesigner to open again in the
first monitor.
