Ruby on Rails Job Board

Hello,

I am attempting to create a fully-functional job site similar to http://demos.appthemes.com/?theme=jobroller 

but in rails. Does anyone have any experience with such a complex task?  or perhaps guidance on where I would start? or location of scripts already written that I can customize?

Which part is the problem? The CSS/theme? Or the overall logic? 

Just start building around the model of a JobPost and go from there. Its a pretty good beginner project actually.
