Over the summer, (not on this list) someone announced a plugin for a
rails app which basically provided a console/way to work with the tables
in the browser. It was meant for development work, as a dev console (as
I remember, I could be totally misremembering)...

I don't remember the name. I think it was something like 'neko' or
'kitty' or 'hello kitty' or 'kitsune'.

Does this ring a bell for anyone???????
