Bio:  Ben Wagaman has been working at J.P. Morgan, Chase, and Co. as a Ruby on Rails Application Developer for the last 2 1/2 years.  His team's main Rails application has been in production for 3 years now. Ben has been using Rails professionally since December 2005.  Before getting into Ruby, he programmed in PHP, and somehow managed to avoid getting into Java programming.
