not working on every site

There are websites where the white background cannot be changed, like
stern.de or igoogle.com.
Does anybody have a hint for me?

Hi lara dt,

I now tested it for stern.de and found that CTS did not read the
stylesheet completely. This may also apply for other sites.

I have fixed that error (tested it only with stern.de) and will
include that fix in the upcoming version 0.14
