I cant find it on my toolbar, or under tools, I keep reading you get
the color and click GO but i cant even find where the app is . Firefox

On my screen, it is on the bottom of the screen, in the "add on"
bar... it is there on its own, nothing else in it... the add on bar
emerged together with this add on...

Hi Tracey,
a_dt had it right.
Currently (0.13) CTS is accessible via the "Add-on" Bar which may not
be visible by default. (Can be enabled by right-clicking the
background of any other symbol bar and checking it in the menu).
Normally it "should" also appear in the "Tools" Menu which it actually
does not (0.13). This will be fixed in the upcoming version 0.14
