I recently installed and spent a while coloring Facebook to a red color. After a while I decided that I preferred the old look and uninstalled "Color that site".  Now, Facebook occasionally loads red with many buttons distorted or using the wrong BMPs and I can't seem to get it back. Is there any way that I can fix this?

Hi,
this is a bit strange. As CTS loads styles dynamically, color changes should not happen once the add-on is uninstalled.

You can re-install CTS and disable all active styles (show the sidebar and uncheck "only for this page"). And then remove CTS again.

You can also remove or rename all settings/files of CTS manually:
You have to open the profile folder of Firefox. One way is to enter the address "about:support" in the address bar. On that page there should be a button allowing to open the profile folder.

Important:
Note that the wrong changes in this folder may destroy your Firefox Settings. So please ensure that you have a backup of this folder and its subfolder. (In case of emergency you may be able to recover files from the shredder, depending on the os (Windows/Mac/Linux) you use. But don't rely on that).

CTS saves its styles in two locations.
Delete or rename the directory "ColourThatSite" (with subdirectories).
Delete or rename the file "ColourThatSite.sqlite"

Then restart Firefox.

If the *.sqlite file can not be deleted/renamed then the CTS add-on is still active. Ideally you should remove the add-on and restart the browser. But the file should also be unlocked if you close Firefox and try again to delete/rename.

If nothing of that helped, then another Add-on might be responsible for the changed colors.

Hope it helps,
Michael
