You did not provide much info.  What operating system are you using?  By "color id"  I am assuming you mean the RGB her code,  correct?  Elaborate.

I love Color Cop, but I cannot get any color ID on this computer.  Any suggestion on how to update?  I tried to work troubleshooting, but to no avail.
