OK, an Endicia check for parcel post rates shows btwn $17-20 depending. And Don and Leo both say that 4.5's are de rigour in April. Not yet in my April Padre experiences but, hey, I'm ready.

There will be wind. I'd be very surprised if you didn't use your 4.5. Usually I'm wishing I had a 3.5m when I go to SPI this time of year.
