Last w/e Cherry Creek was about 85% all open water. Then it snowed - Alot!
Now it appears to be re-frozen over minus all the snow! It has been bitter cold at nite and I would love to see if someone cold go by this weekend to drill at Cherry Creek to see if the smooth and clear ice is safe enough for us to sail on again. We are going to have very cold temps during the day and bitter cold temps at nite.
Just a head's up for someone that can do this for us and post the results - Suz |
