Net-net I guess we can sum it up to what we already know which is that =
there is a pattern between the wealth of the community and the =
kid=E2=80=99s academic scores.
Since these scores do vary widely does that not imply that our schools =
are economically segregated?

to just use a GIS package to throw it all together and do some analysis. =
Given that we have looked at this data for the past 15 years =
internally, I don't think you are going to find anything too exciting.
The only real "gotcha" is when you consider that there is a percentage =
(not sure how high or low it is) of students who are out of district or =
participate in a magnet program that is not based on their address....so =
they don't fall neatly into boxes.
If one were so inclined or bored you could download their PDFs and =
digitize the school districts in less than an hour. :)
