Subject: Reminder: Open Data Go-live Party

Just a friendly reminder that Mayor Jim Gray and the Open Data Team  would
enjoy you raising a glass with us this Thursday, November 8th at 5:30 p.m.
at West Sixth Brewery as we celebrate our Open Data go-live.  This is a
MAJOR step forward for Lexington and the Bluegrass.

This will be the canvas on which we hope you create many civic-minded
apps.  It will also be great for our university community as this is data
they have long requested to be unleashed from the vault.

Have a pint with us and let's talk about what we can get out for Phase II
of the Open Data Initiative.

And then let's plan *Hillbilly Hackathon* weekend which can include some
hacking on not only data but on homebrew as well.  That's right, let's
combine homebrewing and data.  API and IPA.  Think about it.  :)

See you Thursday.

Chad
