Hi, attempting to use TortoiseCVS. It's my first try at using
TortoiseCVS. If there is something better, please point me in the
right direction to access the coldspring cvs.

Here's my screenshot of my configuration, any help would be
appreciated.

I've used the built-in CVS support in Eclipse to check out Coldspring from the repo. Go to Window -> Show View -> Other... -> CVS -> CVS Repositories. That should open the panel for CVS repos, from which you can add the CS repo and then right-click on it and choose Checkout.
