[coldbox-3.5.0-BE] Subdirectory injection

I have a strange problem.

I upload my coldbox app in a subdirctory (/temporary) and all works fine, but when I transfer my files on domain main folder, I got error about injection...

error like this:

Could not find the ColdFusion component or interface

What is the stack trace telling you, could it be that something else is not being loaded correctly. Are the settings reflecting the subdirectory, I am sure the stack trace will show the problem if you provided it we maybe able to tell you more.
