Change in procedure for posting new items

My apologies that the Cold War Broadcasting Research Google Group  email distribution was used for a spam message that "spoofed" Francis Raska's email address.  To prevent this from  happening in the future, I have disabled email posting.  This means that to contribute to the Group, you need to go to the web site https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!newtopic/cold-war-broadcasting-research and post the information there.  New posts  will continue to be disbributed by email according to the preference  set by each member -- "all email" "digest" or "no email"
