Hi all. I am creating Fedora Remix( Bare Fedora + pre-installed
free/non-free softwares) for FOSSlab in CoEP.
The advantage we get in Remixing Fedora is that we do not need to install
all the required packages explicitly on every machine of lab. The remix
contains pre-installed packages. Thus, remix saves lot of bandwidth and
efforts.
For now I have successfully created remix with few packages(libreoffice,
vim,etc). But these are not sufficient.
I have attached the list of packages which I think should be included.
Please let me know any more softwares which can be included in Fedora Remix.

I have not yet gone through your listofpackages.txt, but thought of sharing
similar email thread and activity done under CoFSUG some months back.
Here's the way to find it:
On the group mailing list, apply a filter with this subject line: "Ubuntu
12.04 Remaster", you will find earlier suggestions given by Mihir and
Madhur .
