2 cups half and half
1 15-ounce can cream of coconut
4 cups hot brewed coffee
Sweetened whipped cream
Bring half and half and cream of coconut to boil in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in coffee and serve with sweetened whipped cream.
