Quite a few people have voted for the election.
The result is as follows:
*Sarang Karpate* has been elected as the *"Secretary of the Astronomy
Club"*for the year 2013-14.
He has won my a margin of 9 votes.

The annual overnight stargazing session i.e. the Public Star Party has been
scheduled on 6th April, 2013 (coming Saturday). The event will start on
6th April, 2013 evening 7:00 PM onwards and end the next morning by 6:00

Quiztronomy report

Hello all.
Quiztronomy 2013 conducted yesterday saw participation from 27 teams from
colleges which included FC, SP, AISSMS, VIT and a lot of teams from COEP.
The Director, Dr. Sahasrabuddhe was present. He addressed the gathering and
spoke about playing by the rules.
