I am considering creating an open source project,
possibly using fbs google open source code site.
But I have a couple of questions.

1) In the terms of aggreement it states.

   a) Users residing in countries on the United States Office of
Foreign Assets Control sanction list, including Cuba, Iran, Libya,
North Korea, Sudan and Syria, may not post or access Content available
through the Google Code website.

       I do not wish that developers from these or other countries be
restricted from accessing the
      code that I release.  I can live with the fact that they cannot
access this code through
      google since google inc is located in the U.S. and must abide by
this rule.
      But I live in Canada.  Is it the case that I can still release
the code that I release to the
      google codesite whereever I want.

   b) Upon notice of my death Google will remove the site I create (if
I understand the agreement
correctly).
       Since I will be releasing code I mean to be open source I want
it to survive my
       (presumably possible) death.
       I am assuming that others will find my project(s) worth
maintaining.
       In other words, how do I create a project without being its
permanent owner?
       I intend to use a very liberal licence (Appache or FreeBSD
like).
